Questions

Is there a free trial?: No trial, and no card needed to try: every tool except the AI tools works without paying, and you see a preview of each result. To download for free, invite a friend: when they confirm their account you each get a day pass.
How do day passes work?: Each day gives 24 hours of downloads from every tool except the AI tools. Days stack, so two friends in one afternoon means 48 hours. You can earn days from up to 15 friends a month; your friends get their day either way.
How do I cancel?: Online, in two clicks, from the Subscribe page. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for and you won’t be charged again.
Do you give refunds?: If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, write to us and we’ll put it right. The details are in our Refund Policy.
What happens to my files?: They are processed on our servers and deleted automatically, usually after 2 hours, and never later than 24 hours for work waiting to be downloaded. We never sell them or train AI on them.
Why are the AI tools subscribers only?: Every use calls a paid AI service. A day pass or free access covers every other tool, but not these.
