This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for the PdfYard subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online, with the “Cancel subscription” button on the Subscribe page — no email or phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month, we do not normally give refunds for partial months. We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled;
- the Service was unavailable to you for most of a billing period because of a problem on our side;
- you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK and ask within 14 days of your first subscription payment;
- the law where you live requires it.
We may also give refunds in other cases at our discretion.
3. How to ask
Email support@pdfyard.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually fix it faster.
4. Day passes
Day passes are free and have no cash value, so there is nothing to refund. An unused day pass is not exchanged for money or credit.
