These Referral Program Terms explain how you can earn free days of downloads by inviting friends to PdfYard. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. How it works
- Every account with a confirmed email address gets a personal referral code and link.
- When someone who does not already have an account signs up with your code or link and confirms their email address, they get 1 free day(s) and you get 1 free day(s).
- A day is 24 hours of downloads from every tool except the AI tools. Days stack: each new day is added to the end of your current day pass.
- Codes count only when the new account is created; they cannot be added afterwards.
2. Limits
- You can earn days from up to 15 referrals per calendar month (UTC). Friends who join after that still get their day; you do not.
- If you already have download access through a paid subscription, free access granted by us, or as an administrator, you do not earn days — your friend still does.
- No rewards are given for referring yourself, including through other email addresses, devices or accounts you control. To prevent this, we compare one-way hashes of the network addresses used to sign up and sign in, and may withhold rewards when many accounts are created from one address.
3. House codes
We sometimes publish invite codes (for example “pdfyard”) that give a free day without a referrer. Each such code can be used once per account and may stop working at any time.
4. Sharing your link
Share your link with people you know. Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, do not post your code on coupon or deal sites, do not bid on our name in search ads, and do not make misleading statements about PdfYard. You are responsible for following anti-spam and other laws when you share.
5. No cash value
Days have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or credit, and are not property. They expire as they run out and cannot be paused.
6. Abuse and changes
We may withhold or revoke days and suspend accounts if we reasonably believe the program is being abused (for example fake or duplicate accounts, throwaway addresses or automated sign-ups). We may change, pause or end the program at any time; days already earned remain usable until they run out unless they were obtained through abuse. Every reward is logged so it can be checked.
